DMCA / Copyright Policy
MeetOnCam respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice, how we handle counter-notices, and our approach to repeat infringers.
How to submit a DMCA notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We do not have a designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Notices should be sent at legal@meetoncam.com.
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL or location on this site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that do not include all required elements may not be actioned. We will respond to complete, valid notices promptly.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice at legal@meetoncam.com. A valid counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must include: identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal, your name and contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
